It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

To collect Bib number you need to carry –

  • A printed copy of web confirmation.
  • Carry your original of photo id proof; eg: driving license, employee/school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.
  • Go Green Tip: If you’re a smart phone user, please save the web confirmation and show it to our representative at the Bib Distribution Area within the Pink Carnival. You need not carry a print of the same. Please note, this is applicable only if the registered runner is visiting the Pink Carnival in person.


If representative is to collect Bib number then he/she will need to carry -

  • A printed copy of web confirmation.

  • A copy of photo id proof of the registered participant, eg: driving license, employee/ school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.


Please note in case of individual entries for any race categories, a representative can collect bibs for up to FIVE runners ONLY.

Assembly Time – 05:30 am for (Tata Salt Lite 10Km, 5Km & VWash Plus 3Km) & 4:30 am for 21Km, flag-off timing for all race categories will be announced at the venue.

  • 21 km – Distance 21 km

All finishers of Colors Pinkathon Mumbai 2017 will get –

  • Finisher medal

  • Online Timing Certificate (ONLY if opted for BIB Tag at the time of registration)
  • Free medical checkup from our Medical Partner (All participants above 45 years of age can avail the same for a free mammogram and those below 45 years of age will get a free medical examination.).

Participation for 21 km is open to all women above the age of 18 years subject to qualification criteria.

Application forms received without requisite application fees will not be accepted.

Entry Rules and Guidelines

  1. All duly filled application forms must be submitted ONLY to the official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador listed on our website/ corporate point of contact from whom you have received this application form.
  2. Applications will be accepted only on the original forms. Copies of the application form will not considered for registration.
  3. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form.
  4. Do not register for more than one race category, multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.
  5. Special offer: Registrants will have an option to nominate another person for the race category of their choice for free. This offer will be valid for a specific time only. Organizers will have right to close this offer at any point without any prior notice.
  6. Application form of nominee will not be accepted if not submitted along with the original participant’s application.
  7. Please thoroughly go through all relevant information and FAQs before filling in the application form.
  8. Before sending in your application, please check if you -
    • have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form

    • have enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to application fees section)

    • have signed the ‘waiver’ in the application form

  9. Participants without BIB tag will not be able to compete for prize money in any of the run categories.
  10. Runners crossing the start line after 15 minutes of the start time will not be entitled to be eligible for rankings or prize money.
  11. Finish position of timed runners will be based only on net time.
  12. Decision of organizers will be final and binding on all.
  13. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
  14. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect her bib.
  15. Application Confirmation: Participant & Nominee will receive the confirmation email from Pinkathon Team separately to their registered email id within 10 days of submission of their application. If you are unable to receive the confirmation after 10 working days, please enquire with your Official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador or email us at info.pinkathon@gmail.com
  16. Running Number Bib Collection

    • It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

    • All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Pink Carnival in Mumbai scheduled on Friday, 15th December 2017 and Saturday, 16th December 2017, between 11 am to 7 pm in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. The Pink carnival venue will be updated on the event website.

    • Participant/Authorized representative must carry with him/her (a) the email confirmation sent by Pinkathon Team from info.pinkathon@gmail.com (b) photocopy of photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the confirmed participant.

  17. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
  18. The city police department reserves the right to cancel permission for the event at any time. In such a situation, or in case the event date or location is changed due to political rallies, natural disaster or any other event outside the control of organizers, the organizers will hold the event at the next available and convenient date. In such a case there will be no refund of registration fees.
  19. BIB Tag is NOT mandatory for participation. BIB Tag is mandatory ONLY if you want your official timing and if you wish to compete in the event.
  20. No participants will be allowed inside the holding area without their running BIB pinned on front of their T Shirt.
  21. No running BIB will be distributed on the race day.
  22. Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the official medical personnel.
  23. Limited baggage storage is available for all participants on first come first served basis. However, for security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewelry, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag storage. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or baggage and belongings.

This event does not have an upper age, but girls under 13 are not suggested to participate alone. Their mothers have to accompany them in the same category run.

Post 10 days of submission of your application, the applicant is required to go online at our website and check her application status. The application status will appear online post 10 working days of submitting the entry form. In case of group entries, the point of contact of the group will be receiving an email confirmation for confirming participants of the group. No. An applicant can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.

No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2018. Further, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

Every 21 km racer will need to have a male pacer. This is only compulsory for 21K runners. Participants applying for 21K should have participated in distance running event which fulfils the following requirements –

  1. The running event must have been conducted within the period of 24 months preceding Colors Pinkathon Mumbai 2017 race day, i.e. 17th December 2017.
  2. Only timings of marathon (42.195 km), 25 km , half marathon (21.097 km) and 10 km distances will be considered to qualify for the 21K race category.
  3. To be eligible for 21K run category, your timing certificate needs to show your finish time as specified below:

25 Km Run 03:00:00 or faster
Half Marathon (21.097 km) 02:30:00 or faster
10 km 01:05:00 or faster

Note : Participant who wish to register for 21K has to send their timing certificate to Registration Team at info.pinkathon@gmail.com. Post validating their timing certificate an application form for 21K run category will be shared which applicant has to fill and submit it to Registration Team.

No, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below.

  • Incomplete form submitted.
  • Waiver not signed.
  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.
  • More than one application received from the same applicant.
  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee.
  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank.
  • Running places are full.
  • Any other reason.

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

No. All participants must come to the Pink Carnival/ Expo to collect their Bibs.

Yes. To compete for the first 3 places in the 3 categories, you will need a Bib Tag. Ranks will be given to those with Bib Tag only.

No. Your official time & rank will be available to you only if you purchase a Bib Tag.

NO, men cannot participate in the run. It is an ALL WOMEN’S RUN. We request the men not to register.

Yes, the men can only participate as a Pacer in the 21K race category and also a Partner for the Visually Impaired.

If a male participant has registered for the run, he could transfer his registration to a female friend or family member instead.

YES, the registration for Cancer Survivors is complimentary for all the Race Categories. Only bib tag cost (INR 250) and the T-shirt amount (INR 100) has to be paid if they want to opt for the same.

There could be several reasons:

  • The email might have been blocked by your mail server or treated as spam.
  • The email might have gone directly to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail in this case.
  • Error in email id given at the time of registration. You could contact Registration team at info.pinkathon@gmail.com with the following details: Full Name, Run category, and Transaction details.
