It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

To collect Bib number you need to carry –

  • A printed copy of email confirmation..
  • Carry your original of photo id proof; eg: driving license, employee/school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.
  • Go Green Tip: If you’re a smart phone user, please save the email confirmation and show it to our representative at the Bib Distribution Area within the Pink Carnival. You need not carry a print of the same. Please note, this is applicable only if the registered runner is visiting the Pink Carnival in person.


If representative is to collect Bib number then he/she will need to carry -

  • A printed copy of email confirmation.

  • A copy of photo id proof of the registered participant, eg: driving license, employee/ school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.


Please note in case of individual entries for any race categories, a representative can collect bibs for up to FIVE runners ONLY.

Application forms received without requisite application fees will not be accepted.

Entry Rules and Guidelines

  1. All duly filled application forms must be submitted ONLY to the Official Bajaj Electricals Pinkathon Ambassador listed on our website/ corporate point of contact from whom you have received this application form.

  2. Applications will be accepted only on the original forms. Copies of the application form will not considered for registration.

  3. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form.

  4. Do not register for more than one race category, multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.

  5. Special offer: Registrants will have an option to nominate another person for the race category of their choice for free. This offer will be valid for a specific time only. Organizers will have right to close this offer at any point without any prior notice. (This offer is not valid for ngo, schools and corporates)

  6. Application form of nominee will not be accepted if not submitted along with the original participant’s application.

  7. Please thoroughly go through all relevant information and FAQs before filling in the application form.

  8. Before sending in your application, please check if you -
    • have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form

    • have enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to application fees section)

    • have signed the ‘waiver’ in the application form


  9. Participants without BIB tag (Timing Chip) will not be able to compete for prize money in any of the run categories.

  10. Runners crossing the start line after 15 minutes of the start time will not be entitled to be eligible for rankings or prize money.

  11. Finish position of timed runners will be based only on net time.

  12. Decision of organizers will be final and binding on all.

  13. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.

  14. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect her bib.

  15. Application Confirmation: Participant & Nominee will receive the confirmation email from Pinkathon Team separately to their registered email id within 10 days of submission of their application. If you are unable to receive the confirmation after 10 working days, please enquire with your Official Bajaj Electricals Pinkathon Ambassador or email us at info@pinkathon.in

  16. Running Number Bib Collection

    • It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

    • All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Pink Carnival in Mumbai will be scheduled on Friday 14th December 2018 & 15th December 2018 between 11 am to 7 pm to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. The Pink carnival venue will be updated on the event website.

    • Participant/Authorized representative must carry with him/her (a) the email confirmation sent by Pinkathon Team from info@pinkathon.in (b) photocopy of photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the confirmed participant.


  17. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.

  18. The city police department reserves the right to cancel permission for the event at any time. In such a situation, or in case the event date or location is changed due to political rallies, natural disaster or any other event outside the control of organizers, the organizers will hold the event at the next available and convenient date. In such a case there will be no refund of registration fees.

  19. BIB Tag (Timing Chip) is NOT mandatory for participation. BIB Tag (Timing Chip) is mandatory ONLY if you want your official timing and if you wish to compete in the event.

  20. No participants will be allowed inside the holding area without their running BIB pinned on front of their T Shirt.

  21. No running BIB will be distributed on the race day.

  22. Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the official medical personnel.

  23. Limited baggage storage is available for all participants on first come first served basis. However, for security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewelry, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag storage. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or baggage and belongings.

In 1966, James Brown sang “It’s a man’s man’s man’s world”, and while the man was a lyrical genius, United Sisters Foundation presents the Fearless Run to remind the world that it is no longer 1966, and we are here to inspire change. The REEBOK FEARLESS! RUN is a midnight run of 5kms and is here to make all public spaces equally accessible for everyone. The run is a symbol of reclamation, empowerment, and the start of a new movement. The purpose of the Fearless Run is twofold- to inspire a change of thought in every individual and the second to begin a cultural revolution.

Every woman who becomes a part of the Fearless Run, learns that all spaces are theirs to be claimed and it is time to forego the stereotype of a woman being confined to the indoors after dark. As long as appropriate precautions are taken on a personal level, there are no spaces that cannot be explored, no avenue that cannot be touched, and no one that can be stopped from exercising their free will.

With this step of the Fearless Run, we hope that this picture of women standing their ground permeates through society and this restriction of not being allowed to move freely after midnight is quashed.

FEARLESS is an endeavor to get women to make a strong statement about their right to reclaim spaces.

FEARLESS is not a protest, it is a statement of fact, a call to solidarity. Women will run, walk and celebrate themselves and reclaim the night in a strong statement of affirmation of who they are, and what they must do, to feel safe and secure.

A bib tag is a transponder, marked with a unique identification number. The bib tag starts to send its signal when it crosses various timing points placed at the start and finish gates and at designated split points in the course. Participants who opt for a BIB tag, their time at such points will be captured and duly recorded with this device.

BIB Number is a unique number assigned to each participant by the organisers. These bibs must be collected by the applicants from the Pink Carnival.

BIB Tag is a transponder attached to the running bib of participants to record their time. These tags are attached only to those bibs who opts for the same at the time of registration.

Yes. To compete for the first 3 places in the 3 categories, you will need a Bib Tag. Ranks will be given to those with Bib Tag only.

No. Your official time & rank will be available to you only if you purchase a Bib Tag.

This event does not have an upper age, but girls under 13 are not suggested to participate alone. Their mothers have to accompany them in the same category run.

Participant & Nomination will receive the confirmation email from Pinkathon Team to their registered email id within 10 days of submission of their application. In case of group entries, the point of contact of the group will be receiving an email confirmation for confirming participants of the group.

No, an applicant can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.

No, all participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2019. Further, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

21K should have participated in a distance running event earlier which fulfils the following requirements –

  1. The running event must have been conducted within the period of 24 months preceding Bajaj Electricals Pinkathon Mumbai 2018 - Presented by Colors race day, i.e. 16th December 2018
  2. Only timings of marathon (42.195 km), 25 km , half marathon (21.097 km) and 10 km distances will be considered to qualify for the 21K race category.
  3. To be eligible for 21K run category, your timing certificate needs to show your finish time as specified below:

    Half Marathon (21.097 km) 02:30:00 or faster
    10 km 01:05:00 or faster

  5. 4 - Its mandatory for 21 km racer to have a male pacer. If they are qualifying and don’t have a pacer Team Pinkathon will arrange for the same

Note: Participant who wish to register for 21K has to send their timing certificate that is fulfilling the above-mentioned criteria at info@pinkathon.in. Post validating their timing certificate registration process for 21Km will be shared. Entries needs to be submitted latest by Friday, 7th December 2018.

  • Incomplete form submitted.
  • Waiver not signed.

  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank.
  • Running places are full.
  • Any other reason.

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

No. All participants must come to the Pink Carnival/ Expo to collect their Bibs.

NO, men cannot participate in the run. It is an ALL WOMEN’S RUN. We request the men not to register.

Yes, the men can only participate as a Pacer in the 21K race category and also a Partner for the Visually Impaired.

If a male participant has registered for the run, he could transfer his registration to a female friend or family member instead.

YES, the registration & T-shirt fee for Cancer Survivors is complimentary for all the Race Categories. Only bib tag (timing chip) cost (INR 250) have to be paid if they want to opt for the same.

There could be several reasons:

  • The email might have been blocked by your mail server or treated as spam.
  • The email might have gone directly to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail in this case.
  • Error in email id given at the time of registration. You could contact Registration team at info@pinkathon.in with the following details: Full Name Run category Transaction details.

There are no discounts we provide. But, we do have an early bird offer where one can register and one can nominate a person for free. This offer is valid for a specific time only
