It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

To collect Bib number you need to carry –

  • A printed copy of web confirmation.
  • Carry your original of photo id proof; eg: driving license, employee/school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.
  • Go Green Tip: If you’re a smart phone user, please save the web confirmation and show it to our representative at the Bib Distribution Area within the Pink Carnival. You need not carry a print of the same. Please note, this is applicable only if the registered runner is visiting the Pink Carnival in person.


If representative is to collect Bib number then he/she will need to carry -

  • A printed copy of web confirmation.

  • A copy of photo id proof of the registered participant, eg: driving license, employee/ school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card, etc.


Please note in case of individual entries for any race categories, a representative can collect bibs for up to FIVE runners ONLY.

Participation for 21 km is open to all women above the age of 18 years subject to qualification criteria.

Entry Rules and Guidelines

  1. All duly filled application forms must be submitted ONLY to the official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador listed on our website/ corporate point of contact from whom you have received this application form.
  2. Applications will be accepted only on the original forms. Copies of the application form will not considered for registration.
  3. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form.
  4. Do not register for more than one race category, multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.
  5. Special offer: First few registrants will have an option to nominate another person for the race category of their choice for free. This offer will be valid for a specific time only. Organizers will have right to close this offer at any point without any prior notice.
  6. Nominated person also has to fill this application form and submit it along with the participants application form to the official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador
  7. Application form of nominee will not be accepted if not submitted along with the original participant’s application.
  8. Please thoroughly go through all relevant information and FAQs before filling in the application form.
  9. Before sending in your application, please check if you -
    • have filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ in the application form

    • have enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to application fees section)

    • have signed the ‘waiver’ in the application form

  10. Participants without BIB tag will not be able to compete for prize money in any of the run categories.
  11. Runners crossing the start line after 15 minutes of the start time will not be entitled to be eligible for rankings or prize money.
  12. Finish position of timed runners will be based only on net time.
  13. Decision of organizers will be final and binding on all.
  14. Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.
  15. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect her bib.
  16. Application Confirmation: Participant & Nominee will receive the confirmation email from Pinkathon Team separately to their registered email id within 10 days of submission of their application. If you are unable to receive the confirmation after 10 working days, please enquire with your Official Colors Pinkathon Ambassador or email us at info@pinkathon.in
  17. Running Number Bib Collection

    • It is mandatory for a Pink Sister to collect her running number personally from the Pink Carnival. In case of unavoidable circumstances, she can send a representative to collect running number on her behalf.

    • All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Pink Carnival in Pune scheduled on Friday, 24th November 2017 and Saturday, 25th November 2017, between 11 am to 7 pm in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. The Pink carnival venue will be updated on the event website.

    • Participant/Authorized representative must carry with him/her (a) the email confirmation sent by Pinkathon Team from info@pinkathon.in (b) photocopy of photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card or passport) of the confirmed participant.

  18. This application form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
  19. The city police department reserves the right to cancel permission for the event at any time. In such a situation, or in case the event date or location is changed due to political rallies, natural disaster or any other event outside the control of organizers, the organizers will hold the event at the next available and convenient date. In such a case there will be no refund of registration fees.
  20. BIB Tag is NOT mandatory for participation. BIB Tag is mandatory ONLY if you want your official timing and if you wish to compete in the event.
  21. No participants will be allowed inside the holding area without their running BIB pinned on front of their T Shirt.
  22. No running BIB will be distributed on the race day.
  23. Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the official medical personnel.
  24. Limited baggage storage is available for all participants on first come first served basis. However, for security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. It is strongly recommended that you do not leave valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewelry, watch, electronic gadgets, etc. in the bag storage. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or baggage and belongings.

Description of the event: Colors Pinkathon Pune '17 is organizing a special training run with the visually impaired students of Poona Blind School And Niwant Andh Mukta Vikasalaya with allies who will be volunteering to ease the run for these girls!!
The visually impaired girls would be participating in the COLORS Pinkathon Pune '17 in the 3km category. To prepare them for the main day this is a unique training session designed to assist the visually impaired participants. With every visually impaired participant, a sighted runner is allotted to run alongside them.
This is also an opportunity for our visually impaired squad to join and interact with the mainstream community using running as a medium.
This event will hopefully foster a greater understanding and inculcate empathy between two world's and perhaps give sighted people more than a glimpse into lives they can only imagine.

Description of the event: The objective of the Obstacle Run is to fester a sense of team spirit and promote the idea of having fun while doing a physical activity. This activity also contributed to the hand-eye coordination and basic physical dexterity of the participants. Each school’s team was composed of 5 members each, 2 students, their mothers, and a faculty member. The course was made up of different obstacles such as, hurdles, ladders, crawling under nets, and various others which the participants had to tackle while carrying a glass of water. The event was concluded with a tree plantation activity, where the number of trees planted was determined by the litres of water that was collected at the end of the Obstacle Run.

Description of the event: Our Sheroes have been an important part of our Pinkathon community, inspiring everyone with the courage they have shown in the face of cancer. #ColorsPinkathon hopes to salute their bravery by organizing an exciting trek designed especially for cancer conquerors who wish to try something adventurous in the outdoors, but may not be ready to join a regular group or might be nervous about trying something by themselves. The concept is to provide a community activity where a person who has withstood the physical and emotional ravages of the disease, has a chance to test themselves in a safe environment surrounded by friends and caregivers.
We will have an expert who will be leading the trek. The trek will be followed by an interactive session wherein the survivors can share their inspiring stories. To felicitate our Sheroes, we will also give out a special medal to all the survivors and patients which says "I Inspire". The trek will then be followed by breakfast.

No. An applicant can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications from a single participant will entail in rejection.

No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2018. Further, Maximus MICE & Media Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

Every 21 km racer will need to have a male pacer. This is only compulsory for 21K runners. Participants applying for 21K should have participated in distance running event which fulfils the following requirements –

  1. The running event must have been conducted within the period of 24 months preceding Colors Pinkathon Pune 2017 race day, i.e. 26th November 2017.
  2. Only timings of marathon (42.195 km), 25 km , half marathon (21.097 km) and 10 km distances will be considered to qualify for the 21K race category.
  3. To be eligible for 21K run category, your timing certificate needs to show your finish time as specified below:

Half Marathon (21.097 km) 02:30:00 or faster
10 km 01:05:00 or faster

Note : Participant who wish to register for 21K has to send their timing certificate to Registration Team at info@pinkathon.in. Post validating their timing certificate an application form for 21K run category will be shared which applicant has to fill and submit it to Registration Team.

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below.

  • Incomplete form submitted.
  • Waiver not signed.
  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted.

  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee.
  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank.
  • Running places are full.

Yes. To compete for the first 3 places in the 3 categories, you will need a Bib Tag. Ranks will be given to those with Bib Tag only.

NO, men cannot participate in the run. It is an ALL WOMEN’S RUN. We request the men not to register.

Yes, the men can only participate as a Pacer in the 21K race category and also a Partner for the Visually Impaired.

If a male participant has registered for the run, he could transfer his registration to a female friend or family member instead.

YES, the registration for Cancer Survivors is complimentary for all the Race Categories. Only bib tag cost (INR 250) and the T-shirt amount (INR 100) has to be paid if they want to opt for the same.
